Privacy policy

What we collect

When you submit a form or download a document, we collect the information you enter (name, email, phone, organization, message) and the page you were on. With your consent we use web analytics to understand which pages are useful (see Cookies below).

How we use it

To respond to your request, to send the document you asked for, and — unless you unsubscribe — to send occasional educational content about window film, security, and Epic news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who processes it

Form and email data is stored in our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector). Videos are served by YouTube; playing one is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies

Essential: a small amount of browser storage remembers choices you make on the site (for example which visualizer scenes you picked, and whether you have answered the cookie banner). These are required for the site to work and are not used to identify you.

Analytics (optional): only if you click “Accept analytics” do we load Google Analytics, with IP anonymization, to see which pages are useful. Declining keeps analytics off; nothing else changes. You can change your choice any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Advertising: none. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Embedded video: YouTube players load only when you press play and use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode; playing a video is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
